At VIRALBOOST LTD, we aim to provide high-quality digital marketing services tailored to your business goals. As our services are digital and customized in nature, our refund and return policy is structured to ensure fairness while protecting both parties.
Our services — including but not limited to Social Media Management, Content Creation, Social Media Advertising, Influencer Collaboration, and Analytics Reporting — are delivered digitally. Therefore, we do not offer physical returns.
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
You cancel a service before any work has begun.
We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal issues.
A major service failure occurs that violates the agreed service scope (as documented via written communication or contract).
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to dev@viralboost.org within 7 days of the issue.
We do not offer refunds in the following scenarios:
Services that have already been partially or fully delivered.
Delays caused by the client, such as:
Failure to provide necessary content, credentials, or approvals
Communication gaps beyond 7 days
Subjective dissatisfaction not based on a clear service agreement
Change of mind after service commencement
Bundled service plans where partial delivery has been completed
You may cancel a service subscription at any time by contacting us at dev@viralboost.org. However:
Monthly plans must be cancelled at least 3 days before the renewal date.
No refunds are issued for the remaining days of a monthly plan once renewed.
For custom or long-term contracts, a 30-day notice may be required as per the agreement.
Once your refund request is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
Payment will be made through the original method of payment
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued
If you are unsatisfied, we encourage you to reach out to our team. We are committed to making reasonable revisions or adjustments within the agreed scope before considering a refund request.
